Cozy Retreat: 2 Min to Plaza & Beach, Pet-Friendly

Lack of communication Positive: We decided to extend our stay as the location of this property was great and it had cooking facilities minus an oven. Negative: The communication from the person who managed the property was shocking. They have a lot of automated messages which we found very impersonal. When we extended our stay we asked if we could have the cleaner come in as it was included as a fee for our first stay. We didn’t get a reply for a very long time and then when we did get a reply saying that the cleaner would come, the cleaner didn’t come and we needed to follow up. After staying there for more than a week we desperately needed the place to be cleaned and even had to buy our own toilet paper as the cleaner took so long to come. After this we regretted extending our stay at this property.

Crap shower Positive: The location was close to everything - right in the centre and a short walk to the beach. Aircon was really strong as well. Negative: Quite loud at night as there is a bar on the corner that has a live band that plays most nights. Although the bar is really cool and we appreciated being so close some nights when we felt like going out. The accommodation also provides earplugs. The power / wifi went out several times throughout our stay but apparently this can be common in Sayulita. The shower is absolutely terrible. More like a dribble than a shower. Probably the worst shower ever.

Positive: La ubicacion que tiene Negative: Almohadas con mal olor demasiadas sucias con mucho olor a humedad

Un poco de humedad, lo demás exepcional Positive: Me gustó todo en general, valor- precio! Negative: No es que no me haya gustado, solo checar el tema de la humedad, si se encontraba algo en la habitación.
